Seal Beach is a great place to live in Orange County.  The weather is perfect, the beach is beautiful and people are friendly.  Seal Beach has kept its quaint, small-town atmosphere over the years. 

Seal Beach is on the north border of Orange County just south of Long Beach.  The location is ideal with very easy access to anywhere you need to be in Los Angeles and Orange County. 

People move to Seal Beach for the excellent schools, weather and relaxing lifestyle.  Seal Beach schools are some of the best in all of Orange County.

Market Report for June 2013

Currently there are 15 single family homes for sale in Seal Beach priced from $719,900 to $1,700,000.  There is only 1 foreclosure listed as a short sale.   You can see ALL the listings right here.

There are only 3 condos for sale priced from $295,000 to $899,000.

Seal Beach is also the home of Leisure World, which is a gated senior community of around 9,000 residents.  Leisure World offers small attached homes and condos for sale.  Prices in Leisure World start at around $100,000 but the sales here are "cash only" since Leisure World is a co-op community.  People often get excited when they see these very low prices in Seal Beach but Leisure World is a 55 and over community and the sales are all cash.
