Real Estate Market Report for Macon County Franklin North Carolina.

I am Happy to announce the market for Real Estate here in Franklin, NC is HOT.  It is becoming very difficult to find a decent 3 bedroom 2 bath home for under $120,000 in Macon County.  I know I'v been busier than I have ever been even working with a assistant its hard to keep up.  

45 properties & 11 parcels of Land Sold in the month of June.  Currently there are 108 properties Under Contract right now in the Franklin MLS.  That number does include condos, singlewide and doublewide homes as well as stick built homes.
