Ladd Park is located on the south end of Franklin TN just east of I65 off exit 61, Peytonsville Road. There are approximately 133 homes. However, this a Franklin TN new construction neighborhood and several years away from completion. The builders currently providing new construction homes are Ford Custom Homes, Goodall and Hillside. The first homes were built in 2007. Ladd Park homes range in size from 1,800 square feet to 4,700 square feet. Ladd Park is one of the few developments in Franklin building small one-level homes.
