There is a lot more to selling or buying a home than just looking and moving in or out.
Each party has things that need to be done and information to be shared.
That information needs to be accurate. The issues that you need to do need to be done on time.
If you don't intend to do your part, then you need to stay put where you are living now.
We had this discussion on Facebook recently Bill, about what a contract means, that it is not a semi-contract. Lots of educating better by agents I think would help. Have a great weekend.
AMEN to that...I finally finished a transaction where I had a difficult time getting my out of town seller to play along. But I got it done...FINALLY.
It seams that people think we need to do it all for them. There are things we can't do because of the privacy laws and other issues.
Again, samewith any professional you are working with...you need to do your part.
