When I am taking buyers to look at homes in our area, I am finding that the new normal is no followup from many listing agents. I would love to talk with them. Often the information I get from my buyers could be very helpful.
If you visit one of my listings expect a call. I cherish your input. I have a listing currently on the market that has had 7 visits thus far. I called and spoke with each agent. Two of them were very helpful and we made adjustments to the listing based on their feedback.
