When I am taking buyers to look at homes in our area, I am finding that the new normal is no followup from many listing agents. I would love to talk with them. Often the information I get from my buyers could be very helpful.

If you visit one of my listings expect a call. I cherish your input. I have a listing currently on the market that has had 7 visits thus far. I called and spoke with each agent. Two of them were very helpful and we made adjustments to the listing based on their feedback.

Alan-Our scheduling system sends a follow up e-mail an hour or so after the showing. I only ask once, some agents repeat the requests several times. I'll take the feedback if they give it but I'll not badger them to get feedback. Usually the only feedback that is actionable is an offer.

Since the upturn in the market, many buyer's agents no longer leave feedback. When I show a home, if I have anything constructive to report, I leave feedback through the CSS feedback request. I don't like it when listing agents call me for feedback, so I don't call agents who show my listings.
