Southern Ideal Home Show Back In Charlotte August 23-25, 2013
The Southern Ideal Home Show is back in Charlotte for the 29th year! This show offers home owners 100,000 square feet of inspirational exhibits for home and garden. Attendees get to see the latest trends in building, home improvement, remodeling, outdoor living design, interior design, home care products, green living design, and more as presented by hundreds of exhibitors.
Here's a list of just a few of the great events/offers planned for 2013's show:

Earn a chance to win a Caesarstone countertop sponsored by NKBA (National Kitchen and Bath Association)
- Carolina Custom Garages is offering a $2,000 garage epoxy flooring package.
- Queen City Appliances Company is offer a Frigidaire under-counter beverage center for $599, as well as a Viking toaster for $299.
- Some of Charlotte's top chefs will be doing cooking demonstrations, tastings and classes hourly.
- Grill University/Tailgate Edition where alumni from University of North Carolina, NC State, University of Tennessee, Eastern Carolina University, Appalachian State University will be competing for the title of "king of the grill."
- Farmers Market where you can buy fresh produce and flowers right at the show.
- Parade of Play Homes designed and built by NARI members. These will be judged for a special Children's Choice Award for their favorite play home with one of the award winning homes to be contributed to a local charity with a drawing on Sunday
- 15 minute free design consultations from the National Kitchen and Bath Association.
- Free kitchen and bath remodeling seminar presented by Ferguson Kitchen & Bath Gallery. This has limited seating, so reserve your seat by calling 704-759-3920.
