I have a client who lives in San Leandro California and she would like to sell her house. She hasnt listed her home yet because:

(1) She only speaks spanish

(2) She has got offers from realtors to list her house but she feels the commission charged is too high.

She would gladly list her house with a realtor who would charge her a fair %. But thats between you and her to discuss. I would like to refer her to a Realtor who speaks spanish and will not refer her to someone else.

If you think you fit the profile or know somebody who might then please contact me, my contact information is below and also on my profile page.

This isnt my last referral that I am going to post on here so treat this one right and you go a few more coming your way :)

Regards,

Eddy...what can I say? I'm sorry that I'm not a realtor...I don't live in Ca...and I don't speak spanish...oh boy, (lol)...  The commission wouldn't be a problem, though...but it is extremely nice of you to blog it this way. I'm sure you'll find the right person for this one.

Eddy,

You may want to turn this into a Members Only non public post.  Instead of "who wants it?" you may want to check out her area and find someone that lists her area on a regular basis.

I'm like ANN - TRULY amazed.  Not that I expected a Spanish speaking agent on AR that saw this post....but the Calif. realtors that did not pass this on to THEIR contacts.

It's all about networking folks.

If I was a CA realtor on AR  - and DIDN't know a Spanish speaking realtor, I'd have searched agents on the net and found one in 10 - 15 minutes.

Eddy:  I had the same experience on a referral in Venture not one response.  I finally referred to a local agent who referred out and earned a 25% referral fee on the referral.

Kind of makes you wonder what the Realtors on AR are doing.  Like Rob said it's all about networking and handing out a business card at every opportunity.

Ed yeah i actually found somebody on my own this past monday.

Eddy,

I actually feel bad it took so long. (Still a bit amazed no one on AR jumped on it).   I'm in PA but I should have just searched an agent for you - and given them a 'once over' before passing them on to you. I'm constantly seeking out Spanish speaking realtors here, as our Title company has bi-lingual (Spanish) closers, and we found this to be a perfect target market.

Need any Title work in PA - gimmie a yell.

I checked out the site here after talking to Brian.......  the membership is not NEARLY as strong in this area....however, Brian ROCKS for passing it on.

I HAVE to believe it's a major force in CA.

My niece lives in Thousand Oaks. Is that near you? She is in Real Estate and active with the school systems, etc. Let me know if this area is close to where you need help for your client.
