Thinking about buying a home in San Tan Heights?

What a nice community!  Luscious green belts and it is close to current and future shopping.

I recently took my kids to the park and had a to wait a few minutes because the regular maintenance crew was there.  I can't tell you what an awesome job they do. This community is kept pristine!

San Tan Heights has 2 K-8 schools within the community as well as an A+ charter school across from it.

There is a great community website called www.SanTanEvents.com. It has free classifieds, local news, community chat and so much more!  It's not just for San Tan Heights either, many of the neighboring communities utilize the site.  It's a great place to meet new friends and stay connected with your neighbors.

I have found that living here has been very relaxing being away from the city.  And, more jobs have opened up in the area so the commute for some people isn't all that bad.  I found over 160 jobs in Queen Creek on the job postings on SanTanEvents.com.  There is also a Banner Hospital in the works and that will bring new Healthcare Jobs to the area as well.

Those are all the Pro's to the community. The con's would be there is no community pool, tennis and the other amenities Johnson Ranch the neighboring community has.  But overall I've found it a charming community!

Thanks I looked around at the San Tan Heights homes this weekend and some of the Johnson Ranch. Both look really nice. STH seems just a little close to Mesa and all that so that is nice but it doesn't have the community pool and tennis like you said.
