Green is not simply the way of the future... It is here NOW!

For those of us with specialized knowledge, training, and experience in the greener side of things, we are seeing a huge interest, a growing number of homes on the market, and a healthy growth to our business. Not only that, but we can feel good about providing both the value to our customers as a Realtor helping them with their home buying or selling needs, AND the value to our local and global communities from supporting the growth of the green industry.

I love being able to tell people "I am a certified Ecobroker!"  It is definitely in style and hopefully a style that is here to stay.

I'm intrigued, but need to finish up e-Pro first.  One thing at a time!  Besides, am green by default - off the grid for almost 2 decades already.

I just got signed up a month ago but I'm dragging my feet on just settling in and getting through it. Can't wait to call myself and eco-broker. So far the course has given me a lot of useful information that Realtors should be up on anyway. It's totally worth the time and money!

It took me over two months to get certified... Partly the foot dragging thing, but partly because i also wanted to get as much out of the coursework as possible. I hear it can be done in as little as one week - full time - If your a super fast learner and brainiac!

Green is definitely the way to go, and I'm happy there are programs out there to help real estate professional become better educated about GREEN.  I'll be working on my own certification this summer!
