Throughout each month, Foothills Animal Shelter, in Golden, holds many events. Some of these events include, adoptions, low-cost spaying/neutering for your pet, vaccinations, pet licensing and microchips. Foothills Animal Shelter even has a mobile spay/neuter unit in order to provide more convenience for the community!
As if Foothills Animal Shelter didn’t already seem like they do a lot, they also have a lost and found for pets that are found without an owner. Foothills Animal Shelter, in Golden, is always welcoming volunteers. With so many volunteer positions available, there is a position to fit anyone’s skills and/or interests! It is important to note however, that most volunteer positions at Foothill Animal Shelter require weekly or biweekly shifts.
Foothills Animal Shelter is open daily, Monday- Friday from 11am-7pm as well as Saturday and Sunday from 10am-6pm.
