Tuesday August 27, 2013 was another very interesting Agent Open House Day for the Sumter Board of Realtors. There was a total of 17 open houses and the group of Agent-Owners from AgentOwned Realty, Sumter was able to make it to 15. We were hustling in the 2 hours, but one had extended hours and we were able to make it to that house after the others had ended.

1225 Summit Dr, Sumter, SC - Located in one of the most prestigious developments in Sumter, this gated community features homes with large lots. This home has what appears to be a front door, but it leads to the courtyard pool area. The home has a bar area by the pool and a guest area adjacent to the pool.
