Santa alert!
Mike and I were having dinner out and who did we happen to spot? Santa! He was enjoying an evening meal with his wife (across from him) and one of his elves (next to him). I did notice a pad and pen next to his plate...perhaps he has started making his list and checking it twice?
He saw that we were studying him and simply gave us a nod and a quick wink!

Yes the North Pole is gearing up and we will see more evidence right after this weekend.

Sheila, Yes, he gave approval and I was too nervous to ask to sit on his lap! Besides, it is much too early for that anyway.
Wanda- this was perfect! This is a good reminder that he does know when we've been bad or good... and he is making that list.
He must be on a mini-vacation from the North Pole. Probably his last chance to relax before gearing up for the upcoming season.
Gabe, He was in shorts and a t-shirt for the last time most likely! I am sure that his pipeline is full and he's about to get BUSY!
How cute! Glad to see that Santa had some down time and time to relax in Utah. It is never too early to start checking that list. At least we know Santa doesn't procrastinate 
He does look like the real fella for sure and he didn't mind the picture taking I guess
