If you are tired of seeing every little imperfection in your walls, and you are trying to figure out a way to make it less noticable, the textured walls are the way to go, and you will no longer have to worry as much about imperfections. Simply follow the steps below to learn how to create wall texture.
1. Turn off the power, and remove all the faceplates from switches & plugs
2. Mask around windows with painters tape
3. Remove baseplates with a crow bar
4. Put plastic over the windows to protect from splatter.
5. Apply primer to the walls with a roller and a brush
6. Mix spray on texture with a hand mixer
7. Load into a sprayer, and apply with back and forth motion
8. Let texture dry for about an hour
9. With a soft touch knock down the texture with a straight edge.
