It's fall, it's football season and it's Monday Night! As always before MNF they have the C'mon Man segment on ESPN.

So here's the Monday night Real Estate version of C'mon Man!

seller calls to inform me that my sign, post and all, is laying on the ground ... C'MON MAN

my client writes a full price offer on the only home we can find that fits their criteria that is actually nice and updated and appraiser comes in with a light appraisal ... C'MON MAN

Listing agent - yes Mike I received your all cash offer and it's actually a little higher then the other but after presenting both offers to seller they decided to go with the other offer with a mortgage and concessions because they received that one first. Huh?!?!?! ... C'MON MAN

sign company goes back out and re-sets sign, seller calls again next day and says sign is down again! ... C'MON MAN

Mike, good ones. We can relate. Well in property management let' see. How about the tenant calls once again when the rent is late and says they have been called out of town suddenly for a funeral (grandmother again) and just didn't have time to pay the rent. ... C'MON MAN

Mike, love these. I just saw that segment for the first time this week and it seems as though Monday Night football is on at our house every week. What would mine be? I have to think about that. I'll get back to you on this. I am still laughing out loud from reading.

Funny post, Mike. How about when I go to do a walk through prior to close and find out when I meet my buyers at the home that the lock box has been removed. Listing agent forgot to tell me.
