ActiveRain Contest-Who I’d Like to Meet Live and In Person-Lenn Harley

One of many ActiveRain members I would love to meet live and in person is Lenn Harley.
First, she is the top ActiveRain blogger, with over 2 million points. It’s not a matter of quantity, either, it’s the consistent value and quality of her blog posts that makes her amazing.
Lenn Harley is an experienced agent with over 25 years of experience, serving buyers and sellers in Northern Virginia.
One thing I admire about Lenn is she offers a lot of education to buyers on her blog and website about different loan programs, including FHA, VA, FHA 203(k), 100 percent financing options and more. She also specializes in selling new home construction and in obtaining the new pre-drywall inspections for those buyers, too.
Also, she explains what makes her area prices vary-proximity to Washington, DC.
One thing I’ve read and learned from other ActiveRain members is Lenn Harley is generous with her time and wisdom. More than one AR member has thanked Lenn for personally taking the time to actually make a phone call to answer their questions!
What I’d like to ask Lenn Harley is “What are the three things she does daily to ensure her business keeps generating more business?”
Lenn is a credit to the ActiveRain community. I’d love to meet her in person.
