Recently it was announced that Apple Inc. will be opening a manufacturing plant in east Mesa, AZ that's expected to bring in 2000 jobs.
Just up the Loop 202 freeway off Guadalupe Rd. is a new townhouse development that will be ready. Tri Freedom Real Estate Partners went to preview the construction this week.
In hard-hats Maticia and I climbed through the drywall-completed layouts while the builders explained the details of the units and community to be built. The first models are scheduled to be complete by the end of December. Until then you can watch a virtual tour of one of the units, or visit their website for unit plans.
