A get this question quite a bit. Buyers have heard some nightmares about attempting to finance a condo as apposed to a single family house or townhome.
Most of the issues that did slow a condo purchase have faded...but in this video I go over some of the differences between these property types...and give you the positive and negative about all three.

Great video, Jeffrey. Things constantly change and for so long condos were a nightmare. It takes time for buyers to realize that things have once again changed.
Jeffrey - "Maybe" is right and what a great explanation for the difference between condos, townhomes and single family homes in the Space Coast.

Jeff, we are having more and more developments not renewing their FHA status, which is making is tough finding homes for first time home buyers.
