I See Opportunity Everywhere 

 

As a Real Estate professional, Rain Maker for The Dietz Team, Speaker, Trainer and Coach I have far too many discussions about Real Estate.  One constant common is every year about this time we start to hear all of the excuses people make for waiting "until after the Holidays" to buy or sell.  it's almost like all of the homeowners bought the same script book.  That's fine but for some reason we as Real Estate professionals are buying this excuse as our excuse for slowing down and not hitting our goals.  We see a market slow down, fewer buyers and more fence sitters.  Zig Ziglar said with every sales call, someone closes.  Either the customer closes you on why they should wait or you close them on why NOW is the BEST TIME to buy or sell.

What do you see?  I see opportunity EVERYWHERE!  This is a GREAT time to list and sell your home.  Here, try this script next time a seller tells you they want to wait; "there will be a huge increase in inventory of homes for sale after the holidays as all the sellers that are waiting, list their home for sale and would you rather have your home on the market when there is more competition or less competition?"  Or try this, "If we had a full price offer on your home next week, would you accept the offer?  Well, can we get that offer if your home is not on the market?"

 

Like Zig said, someone makes the sale on every call.  What if it were you?
