Hahaha, Jill! Your post made me laugh when I read about the "anonymous" man who will be lined up at 3 a.m. outside of Best Buy! Great pespective for sellers about pricing their homes properly to reflect the current market value and not the emotional value. Sellers in Merrick LI are lucky to be able to get your experience and knowledge when they hire you to get their homes sold and when they read your contributions in Inside Merrick! Great job!

Jill, The market responds favorable when a property is priced right. Buyers jump when they see a good property and know it will not stay on the market long.
