Elington Estates is a beautiful neighborhood of single family homes that sits conveniently two miles SW of the popular Clayton Rt 70 Shopping District area and two miles west of Downtown Clayton. It's not uncommon to see neighborhood kids playing the streets of this quaint little neighborhood in the suburbs during the summer months and very rarely you might see them building a snowman in the winter months if we have that one time snowfall that is common to this area of North Carolina. What's the Neighborhood Like?

Most of the homes were originally built by Homes back in the early 90's. The last set of homes in this subdivision were built in 1999. The shopping center continues to grow and add new stores each year and includes everything from Starbucks to Super Walmart.
