It's a busy time for most of us with all of the holiday events, family visits, school vacations, and 
more that take place in December. Take a look below at some of the events taking place in our area or read some local news items ~ you may find something fun and worthwhile to check out! Holiday Lights, Music, Store Events, visits from Santa. A noteworthy example is the Marble Falls Walkway of Lights which overlooks Lake Marble Falls. And, if you visit on the 22nd December, our very own Brooke Pipher & Karen Guillot will be acting as greeters, so come out and say "Hi!".

Believe it or not, it can be a great time to sell a property because inventories tend to be light and buyers tend to be real, and a great time to buy because there is less competition from other buyers.

December 15th, Community Christmas Party, Meadowlakes. Everyone is invited to our Community Christmas Party! Dinner will be served from 5:00 - 7:00PM, Santa arrives at 6:00, bring your cameras! Christmas Caroling at 7:00 with Santa, Gather in the Clubhouse Parking Lot
Through December 20th, Northland Communications Toy Drive, Marble Falls. The toy drive has already kicked off so please donate a new, unwrapped toy soon. Those who donate a toy valued at $20 or more will receive an offer of free installation on any new or upgraded service. Contact Northland Communications at 830.693.7500 with questions.
December 12th, KBEY/The Picayune Toy Drive, Marble Falls. Held at Madlyn’s from 6:00 am to 3:00 pm. All toys and donations collected will be given to the Highland Lakes Christmas is for Kids and the Burnet County Santa’s Helpers.
Through December 23rd, Quality Inn of Marble Falls is accepting blankets and non-perishable food 24 hours a day at 1206 US 281. The blankets and food will be dispersed among several area food banks and community centers.
