The cold weather has slowed the exterior process a little but the progress continues in earnest.
This project consists of Three major buildings and Seven acres of property.
I have posted about this project in the past and here is the latest in the progress this commercial property.
The owners want to have the new collision center in operation by the first week of 2014. That means the contractor will need to step it up a bit to have the new collision center in full operation for the first week if the new year.
Here is where we are at when it comes to the new collision center.
This shot may look like there is a long ways to go till the collision center is finished. But there is actually very little left to do. The finishing of the front and the mansard will only take a couple of days to a week.
The interior of the building is almost ready for paint, drop ceiling and flooring tiles.
And the electrical is being installed this week as well.
I think they are in pretty good shape to be up and running by the first week of 2014.
