Lake Balboa's home resale inventories increased( see all MLS charts below). We see much less distressed properties, such as foreclosure or short sales. The median listing price in Lake Balboa went up and as you see for the first time in many months the median sold price went down. So RE Market is seeing a light slowdown. Yet, houses are sold faster in November( see DOM chart), most properties received multiple offers.
Tip for Sellers: There is extremely low inventory of condos and townhouses. The demand is very high!
