Hey Patricia, Well said. That should be an exciting and positive experience for everybody not a headache. Definitely having a good team helps tremendously and it can safe money and time. Buyers may enjoy the process much more just by taking the significant out of the way.

It becomes stressful, when we make it stressful.  Any one person in the transaction can make it stressfull.

Like everything else in life we make our own stress. All anyone can really do is their best and from there the chips fall where they may.

Patricia- nicely done.  we do have a certain amount of control in our lives and we can choose to say "be gone" to stressful people or situations.

Great advice -- "Stop looking for the flaws." Houses, like people, are all imperfect. Great outlook to have for everything, not just real estate.

Patricia-I agree, buying a home should not entail much stress. Maybe a little apprehension about financing and after making an offer waiting for a reply.

Patricia, I feel these are things agents need to tell their buyers.  It is very true that buying a new home is very stressful but it doesn't necessarily have to be.  Find your stressors and minimize them! And a Happy New Year to you as well!
