The buildings with the brown roofs in front of picture are not built yet and are imposed on the vacant lot. Prime location and good prices for location.

Private building and new communities are robust in Naples. I think people want to buy here regardless of the maco economic problems, no state income tax, great warm weather, outdoor living, etc..
