I am talking about Oregons # 7 blogger on Active Rain. I am #8 but that can chane any minute as I have been #9 for a long time and Cindy Westfall has been #8 for the most part.
Cindy and I have swapped leads a couple times just for fun. I have notice if we get very close to Mel's points total, she takes off again. Hey Mel is it true that you see us coming?
Lol.... the points are fun. It's hard to knock off those that stay active. I don't want anything bad to happen to Mel so ..... have fun. It's just points we are talking about.
p.s. I'm trying to pass someone up myself. He only posts but rarely comments so I"m hoping I can sneak past him but I think he see's me.
Keep chugging along by doing contests and posting and you may catch her. I passed the number one person in our county and he logged in, gained the points from the people he referred along with some posts and shot up in points. I just keep commenting and making posts, I am moving up in the state but have a long way to go with several MM members here!

Hi Rob...lol! You been hanging at number 8 now for a bit because you're a committed blogger and have upped the ante with your blogging efforts. I remember when Gretchen and Mel Ahrens and I were vying for the same spot when they took off and soared to now number 6. Now the question is....is Gayle wondering if we see her coming??
I have the same thing going on but I am happy where I am. If I pass the person above me then so be it ..... if not then so be it.
