According to the weather report this cold spell is probably going to hang around until February, and snow is expected tomorrow.
With this type of weather homebuyers usually hibernate, but this year seem different, it must be that pent up demand.
Back to the photo, this is a view of the Hudson River and I can assure you no thawing anytime soon.

Jennifer: It almost makes me feel guilty walking around in spring-like clothes in Carmel-by-the-Sea where the cherry blossoms are blooming. The down side of this incredible weather we've been having is that we are in a serious drought situation here in California. So your snow and ice is a blessing in disguise.
Brrr. It has been super cold and not much fun. I can't wait for it to warm up.

No relief here in Lovettsville either until about the 31st of January and early February.
This is the most brutal winter weather I can recall. We often have snow but it's usually gone in a day or so. We often have very cold weather, but not sustained like this year.
Oh well. I just dread getting my electric bill.
They are forecasting some more snow for today here too. Springtime is NOT around the corner for us!
