This has been a very busy month for HouseLens – we're starting the year going full throttle! Here are a couple of updates you might be interested in.
We've grown our sales staff to help meet the demand in our new markets, Charlotte and Tampa, and we're looking to launch several more markets in the first quarter of 2014. If you're in Houston, Orlando, Raleigh, or Virginia Beach, good news: HouseLens is coming your way!
One of our big projects this month was filming several training videos for our artists.
Maintaining the quality of our product and our high level of customer service is a top priority for us. So we hire only professional videographers (no hobbyists or amateurs) and train our artists extensively before allowing them to shoot for clients. The videos we filmed this month focus on helping our artists maintain video quality while shooting in tricky situations.
We also saw significant progress on the build-out for our new studios. Our contractors have pushed back the finish date a bit (who hasn't experienced that before?), but we're now just weeks away!
This photo shows our large green-screen studio with its framing complete. We'll also have a white-screen studio available for rental. If you're in the Nashville area, these will be a great place to come and film an agent bio or commercial to advertise your business!
