Chilly vs Chile An End To The Debate
With the statement of Colorado having the best Chile the good folks of New Mexico are up in arms. The local news did some digging and found the majority of Chile utilized in Colorado in fact comes from Hatch New Mexico.
With that said let’s say, Colorado has the great Broncos and New Mexico has the greatest Chile :)

John- while it's not chilly here, I'm thinking of making some Texas chili but may have to consider using a Chile from Mexico.

Well here we are in the 3rd quarter and what's up with the much beloved Broncos???? We're sitting on 36 -0 as I type ... I'm shocked to say the least.
My phone has rang a few times and now I'm going to keep the game on mute and return some real estate calls. Not too sure about half time either.... maybe I'm showing my age not even any wardrobe malfunctions ... LOL. IMO the commercials have been okay but nothing to get too excited about. For you Seahawk fans looks like you're in for a big night of celebrations.
Remember win or lose New Mexico grows the best Chile. No brag just fact :)

I definitely agree with you on New Mexico chilies, the best, hands down...sorry about the Broncos, it just was not in the stars for them today. There is always next year! I agree with you about the commercials, they were ho, hum at best. We did pick one, and wrote about it...A

John Q I've been to Hatch and they do know how to put on a festival. Sad day in football as the game wasn't even close. As a rule I don't care who wins as long as the game was interesting and close. Enjoy your day...now, go back to work!

Those Broncos did not turn out so great... Sorry about the snickering but after they handed it to my Patriots, you had to know there would be no cheers coming from anywhere in New England for Manning. They can keep their chilly but I would like some chile.
