If you are sitting on the fence the time to buy is now!

By
Industry Observer

If you are sitting on the fence the time to buy is now, most builders are having a price increase March 1, 2014. But, not David Weekley we are having one February 17, 2014. The minimum price increase will be 1% which equates to around $3500. The last price increase we had was $10,000; so; do not delay buy your new David Weekley home now!

Hello Yolanda,

I love your title...been using it for a while and the buyers still haven't caught on.  Prices are going up (in our area slowly) but once interest rates increase the buyers will all be rushing hoping not to miss the deal of the century!

This is good advice for home buyers. Home prices are rising and it is still a good time to take advantage of the very low mortgage interest rates.

Howdy and evening Yolanda

Yolanda my friend, with an increase coming from most builders, it sure is the time for folks to put the new home they want under contract.

Happiness sure is Homemade
Have a good one

A 1% increase in the price of a house, adds up quite rapidly.  You're right about not sitting on the fence too long!
