Robert (Vegas Bob) Swetz would like to list your home. Tomorrow VB will be making some phone calls to a Realty One Group location in Laguna, to find out what he needs to become licensed in the state of California. I am quite sure that I only need to take the California state test, but will know more in the next couple days.
Now some may ask! What would Vegas Bob know about homes and Real Estate in California? Well VB has been traveling through the whole state of California since the mid 70s. VB has driven down the pacific coast hwy from Oregon to Mexico at least a dozen times. Driven down I-5 over a dozen times and spends at least 2 months somewhere in the state of California every year.
So once again! What does VB know about RE in California? Well during his travels VB is always studying the market in cities & towns, always looking up RE properties for investment and more so much more.
So for any home owners in Laguna, Dana Point, Newport and surrounding areas, hang tight! VB is working very hard on getting licensed and would love to sell your home. Then VB would like to either find you another home in California or a home in Las Vegas or Henderson Nevada ;o)
