This was an especially exciting sale. Not only were they first time home buyers, but they were expecting their second child.

I say "WERE" for a reason!

We closed on this home JUST in the nick of time!

The very next day the new owner had her baby. WOW! She was 3 weeks early, weighted 4 pounds 7 ounces, and was doing so well that the doctors allowed her to go home after only 3 days in the hospital. Isn't that awesome?!

EVERY sale is reason to celebrate.... But this one was REALLY exciting! God is GOOD! And His timing is always perfect!
