Liz, Bill, Kathy,

I am very proud of him.  A good portion of his scholarship is based on academics.  NAIA schools do not give full Football Scholarships like Big Div IA Schools.

Congrats!!! Good to see Bay Area kids headed to the Midwest. We (Saint Mary's, Berkeley) got one kid into Briar Cliff in Iowa this past year and we are also looking at Sterling for some of our other guys too. Your son heading east will probably make more of our guys look in that direction too.

Michahel,

We had an offer from Briar Cliff, but I have family closer to Sterling in Oklahoma and so Sterling it was.   The midwest has a lot of fine schools and if people would look past D1 there are lots of football options for kids.
