I wish we had people like you in my state. The program I went through was terrible and it came under fire from the real estate commission and my local board because of the things that went on during my six month class. Remember Colorado offers only single licensing. You go straight to being a broker. We had pizza parties because one teacher wanted to be our friend. I paid a lot for that course and I was disappointed. But I did get my license, but that was only because I was highly motivated.
