I actually find the trend disturbing.  This is because the trend is to work out of the home.  In a time when agents should be building synergy with their office and collegues, they are at home trying to multitask with non related items.  They should be working on business plans, attending classes and personal development.  They want to fill the void in their time because they aren't doing the same business as they once were.  Now is the time to take time management skills to a new level.  As the Broker, you must do agent related things to bring the group back to the flock.  Agent appreciation parties, offer classes in your market center and buy them a book to read.  Anything to get back the focus.
