Activerain brings out the best in realtors.
Unlike other real estate websites Activerain members tend to go out of there way to help one another. You could argue that it is the point system that drives agents, but I don't buy it. I have had numerous occasions when I needed help and someone out there has come to my rescue and was happy to do it!
Isn't this the way our fraternity is supposed to conduct themselves? It just goes to show that doing the right thing and helping one another is so much better than selfishly looking out for one's self. With so much competition out there on the internet from website companies looking to eliminate the human element from the real estate business I can't help but want to see our national fraternity purposely help one another so that we can all advance as a team.
There is plenty of business to go around for all of us. This is what I like to think of as karma, and I can't think of any other website that does it better.
