A folk-music force of nature, the Grammy Award-winning singer-songwriter has been an American mainstay for 20 years. The Maine native uses her breathtakingly strong vocals to hurl our imaginations into the essence of Americana, show-casing her unique ability to capture the elusive eccentricities of human emotions and the peculiarity of love. In her 2013 release, American Kid, musical pundit Paste Magazine observed Griffin "taking emotional truths and cutting to the quick, her razor-sharp sense of detail has never been sharper".
