Sold Kauai REOs:

1. Nihilani at Princeville Resort #21C. 2 bedroom 3 bath condo at Princeville. $604,900. MLS#271147. This is a Fannie Mae HomePath property. Sold for $585,000 6/4/14.

2. 5297 Kumole St, Kapaa. 2 bedroom 2.5 bath home at the end of the cup-de-sac. MLS#272644, $449,900. This is a Fannie Mae Homepath Property. Right across the cup-de-sac is a green area frequented by Nene geese. Sold for $470,000 CNV 6/6/2014.

3. 2911 Waa St, Lihue. A small home sold on a small lot through an auction site. $162,750, Sold for cash on 6/5/2014.
