Bob, don't be too impressed. Actually, my sister and I are a team and she lives in Walden on Lake Houston. So even though it's a team listing, she's doing most of the work on this one. I do, however, sell as far as The Woodlands, though not often. I'm comfortable going as far as The Woodlands because I lived there several years ago and have kept up with that market.
