Carondelet is located on Wilson Pike, just south of Old Hickory Blvd. This location gives you quick access to I-65, making for an easy commute into Nashville or down to Franklin. It is also just a few minutes from Brentwood shops and restaurants. Carondelet is also located in the Williamson County School District, and is zoned for Lipscomb Elementary, Brentwood Middle and High Schools.
The Carondelet neighborhood consists of 220 homes, all on large lots, generally ranging from just under an acre to 1.5 acres. The neighborhood is very established. The homes were built in the 60s and 70s and feature mature trees and gives you that private feel. While homes don’t come on the market very often in this neighborhood, when they do, you have a great chance to get a good deal on a home that you can update yourself or one that someone has already updated.
The lots may feel private, but the community is lively. It hosts a July 4th parade, annual neighborhood-wide garage sale, Christmas home decorating contest and an ice cream social.
