Bert Rogers here I come!! I am due for my 14 hour 
continuing education for the renewing of my real estate
sales persons license in the state of Florida.
Would you believe I got the book for this in August
last year from the Bert Rogers Company? I renew my
license before April 1st every 2 years, as the real estate
regulations in the state of Florida require us. When ever
you get your license is when you need to renew (on THAT anniversary), they do not tell you to do it at your whim.
The state FREC (Florida Real Estate Commission) splits the
state licensing exam schedule into "manageable" timeframes
and has I THINK two times each year when you can take the
real estate license examination. I got in during the March deadline
that year.
I did my 14 hours CE 2 years ago with The Bert Rogers
company and the book and test were right on the mark.
I VERY suprized to get the 14 hour continuing education
booklet in the mail so EARLY ---- NOW THAT is how to
win a loyal clientelle!!
Anyway, pray that I will breeze through this exam and learn
some new things. There are ALWAYS some changes in how
things are done from year to year..... I have already read
some entries in ActiveRain© about BLOGS in the new real
estate statutes for this next edition of CE.
