This is just down from my place a bit. As I passed by and saw this earlier today (this must have burned down in the last day or so), I couldn't help but wonder...

"How's this gonna help the poor sap trying to sell the place next door?"

Hi, Than: Thank you for stopping by, and for your comment. I can agree with that one, too- though this is the 2nd place in a relatively small area of town, and I believe there's an air of suspicion that they both may be arson-related. That's surely a bad thing for one hangin' a "please buy me" sign in the yard
