A gourmet menu is planned for this special occasion with hors d’oeuvres of Artisian Cheeses, Smoked Salmon and Sesame Chive Crepes, topped with Red Caviar, and French Meatballs in Toasted Walnut Brandy Sauce. The dinner buffet consists of Carved Roast Sirloin, Grilled Chicken Breast, Roasted Red Potatoes, Grilled Summer Vegetables and an Epicurean Salad – all enticing, mouth-watering delights. Dessert will follow with Lemon Layer Cake with Fresh Sliced Strawberries and Fresh Berry Coulis, Dark Chocolate Ganache Brownies and handmade Amaretti dipped in Dark Chocolate. In addition to a Coffee Bar, there will be a full bar service including wine specialties and soft drinks for purchasing.
While enjoying this wonderful tasting meal under the wings of Air Force One you will be entertained by the sounds of the Pat Longo Orchestra. Put on those dancing shoes, because after dining you will want to dance and sway the night away to those dreamy sounds of the yesteryear of music.
Pat Longo, an outstanding saxophonist and clarinetist, was once a member of Harry James’ Band … back when the ‘big bands’ were in full swing. He later formed his own band, pleasing many a crowd in big name venues. It will be an evening that will live in your memory for a long time.
