The market for condo homes for sale in Redondo Beach West of PCH is pretty balanced, with just twice as many on the market as sold in the prior month (July 2014). While some listings that are priced about 10% below a "comparable" price are fetching bidding wars among buyers, a buyer going after a condo that is priced higher may find him/herself as the only offer on the table, a much stronger position for a buyer!
