As I see it. . . . . . . .

 

Tell people what to do and let them do it

 

People will surprise you in a good way . . . . when you show confidence in them . . . . and give them the space to get things done.

 

When you tell people what you expect of them . . . . and give them support they will surprise you with their resourcefulness in their efforts and results.

 

People that are allowed to grow . . . . flourish and grow to reach their full potential.

 

People who are micro managed . . . . wilt and wither away.

 

Businesses that grows their people . . . . thrive as a business through the grow of their people. Over time both the business the people benefit from the business environment.

 

As business professionals you extend yourself through your business relationships with your customers and your vendors. Make the choice to get the best vendors that you can get to support you . . . . and your customers.

 

Tell people what to do and let them do it . . . . and they’re get the job done for you and your customers.
