"I read your profile and that's why I chose you." 

 

That's what a prospective client said who called today asking if I am available to show her property in Yulee next week.  Yulee is located just west of Amelia Island, Florida. 

 

The couple only want new construction.  They have owned quite a few houses, most of which were new construction.  They have limited their search to 3 or 4 subdivisions, and they need to close no later than November 30th. 

 

So I'm glad I heard these words today: "I read your profile and that's why I chose you."
