Please, let me know if you have any listings that need title ordered for your clients. I highly recommend ordering title the minute you get the listing if not before you get it as we've seen too many times title being ordered too late and holding up expected or promised closing dates because of things found on title that were not expected. Order title immediately to remedy anything that may show in terms of unpaid taxes, water, HOA, etc or someone on title that was not expected to be there but, yes - still needs to sign off.
