It’s beginning to look like Fall!
Last weekend we enjoyed cooler temperatures and rain! That is a blessing for us in Austin, TX with the drought we have been experiencing the last 4 years. Cooler temperatures mean Fall is in the air! It motivated me to dress up my mantel, dining room table and take down our summer wreath and replace it with the new season’s look!

I've been trying to avoid the fact that cooler weather is on the way since our cool weather brings on nasty and cold weather. Guess I have to give in to it.

Fall is my favorite season of all. For some reason this year I'm just not motivated to decorate. Maybe it will just kick in later than usual.
I dont like fall because here after fall comes snow. I am happy you got some rain though. I hope it is slow and steady and not all comes at once.

Dorie: Our summer is still peaking through the clouds so I haven't taken any of my fall stuff out yet. Hopefully I can wait until October.
Fall is such a beautiful season. We'll be taking a ride upstate next week to enjoy all the fall foliage!
