Yeah I cannot tell you how many times I heard... we just did xxx and I could care less if I dont like it then it has ZERO value to me and you want to sell it to me, right?

Great points and each very important in it's own right in selling a property.

Helene Kelbaugh, REALTOR, Internet Marketing Specialist - oh I know how those specific upgrades are a big turn-off for the buyers who can't even remove them without spending lots of money.

Good list, but "stalkerish" . . . yeah, I know what you're getting out, but seriously?!?  That's not a word. 

What an amazingly perfect list.  Too many of these are our prime objectives every day.. 

This sure is a comprehensive list of things that turn buyers off and how appropriate as the market is starting to slow a little.
