Delta, Colorado is a small Western Slope town with less than 8,000 people. There are many wonderful dining and shopping options, and things to do. Main Street has some neat and unique shops with buildings that date back 100 years.
The area's slogan is canyons, rivers, mountains. Delta and the surrounding area has all three of these features.
The Grand Mesa is known as the world's largest flat top mountain, and it's the prominent fixture on the Delta skyline...not tall buildings.
Within about a 30 minute drive, or less...you can experience a wide range of outdoor activities. Hiking, fishing, biking, photography, hunting, rafting, downhill and cross country skiing are all popular activities right in Delta's backyard.
I've lived on Colorado's Western Slope for over 24 years. I love this area and all it has to offer, and I enjoy sharing what I know about my home. As a REALTOR®, I also love to share my expertise in this area as well. If you need any real estate information for Montrose County, or Delta County, Colorado...please give me a call.
